I bought this product to try I love to support my black community. I was looking forward to a grate experience however I got this product the entire system I bought okay. Going off reviews only to find they are lies! There I said it I have been natural for over 10 yrs prior and once I started this. I first begin to notice my hair smells like it’s burning all the time! Then I noticed it’s no longer curly! I have now what appears to be naturally straight hair! I took my time to try to pay attention to what exactly I need to avoid I found it’s the mask. Just today I have washed my hair deep condition it and as soon as I came from under the dryer it was smelling burnt, it was hard too, so I immediately washed it out also I’m tossing it out. This is my elimination process. If I find that the shampoo makes my hair hard too then I will toss it too. The oils so far so good maybe because I ware protective styles a lot I did a quick weave and yes my hair grew. However in between I like to see my hair I have had no styling for about 3 weeks and this is when I found out. My hair is now straight, hard as if it wants to brake instead of grow. I also have color so moisture is a must. I will oil my hair and it seems to drink it up. Yes I now have to spray a moisturizer on my hair but it is growing. I don’t know if it’s the shampoo too and the oils but I know I like my hair soft and curly. Not hard and brittle. This really hurts me to say this at all! I never want to be the one who appears to bring another person down! Never do I want to do that. I’m crying now to even write this review. I believe in our ppl I want to see you shine but please don’t sake me lies.

I'm sorry to hear about your story, but It is VERY unlikely that our deep conditioner made your hair hard and brittle with a burning smell. It sounds like you may have used chemicals with your products.
